Protective Workshop Manager
A challenging opportunity currently exists for a dynamic and energetic person to join our team as a Protective Workshop Manager at our Recycling plant in Traub Street, Worcester.
This include, but are not limited to:
The development of a productive and financially sustainable workshop, as well as the development of knowledge, skills and attitude of persons with disabilities in the workshop; as well knowledge on trending initiatives in the industry.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
2 – 5year experience in recycling or similar set-up; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; creative thinking; problem solving skills; well-developed management, administrative, financial, and human resources skills; as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge, experience and understanding of persons with disabilities; knowledge on profitable recycling methods and new suppliers; PDP license and Police clearance certificate.
