A challenging opportunity currently exists for a dynamic and energetic person to take responsibility for finances in our administrative team.

These include:

General financial administration with understanding of debtors, creditors, cash flow, VAT, sales, activity based costing, asset register, preparing of annual budget, as well as monthly management information for submission to the Management Committee.

The ideal candidate has the following:

Formal financial training (B-comm or equivalent); 5 years applicable financial experience; advanced knowledge and experience of Pastel and Pastel Payroll; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; well-developed administration and organizing abilities; the ability to work successfully in a team; knowledge, experience and understanding of the NPO industry will serve as a recommendation.

Commencement of duties: 1 March 2016

‘n Uitdagende geleentheid bestaan tans vir ‘n dinamiese en energieke persoon om as deel van ons administratiewe span verantwoordelikheid vir finansies te neem.

Dit behels ondermeer:

Algemene finansiële administrasie met inbegrip van debiteure, krediteure, kontantvloei, BTW, winkelverkope, aktiwiteits gebaseerde kosteberekening, bate register; opstel van die jaarlikse begroting asook maandelikse bestuursinligting vir voorlegging aan die Bestuurs Komitee.

Die ideale kandidaat beskik oor die volgende:

Formele finansiële opleiding (B-comm of gelykwaardig); 5 jaar toepaslike finansiële ervaring; gevorderde kennis en ervaring van Pastel en Pastel Payroll; uitstekende interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede; goed-ontwikkelde administrasie en organiseringsvermoë; die vermoë om suksesvol binne spanverband te werk; kennis en ervaring van die NPO-bedryf sal as ‘n aanbeveling dien.
